风冷介质下淬火玻璃的应力特征

摘　　要：从传热学角度研究了风冷介质下淬火玻璃应力不均匀性（在光照条件下呈现应力彩虹斑，简称应力斑）的特征，分析了影响风冷介质下淬火玻璃应力斑强度的各种内外因素，提出了减轻乃至消除风冷介质下淬火玻璃应力斑的有效途径和具体措施。In this paper,the character of stress nonhomogeneity,which appears as rainbow stains(termed stress stains)in the sun,in windcooling physically tempered glass has been studied with the heat transfer theory.Various factors influencing the strength of stress in such glass were analyzed.Some effective methods and specific measures to release and even eliminate the stress stains have been brought on.
