水曲柳镇痛抗炎活性研究

摘　　要：目的研究水曲柳乙醇提取物镇痛、抗炎的作用。方法采用热板刺激法和醋酸刺激扭体法研究水曲柳提取物的镇痛作用,采用水曲柳提取物观察醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性变化、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成的抑制研究其抗炎作用。结果水曲柳提取物能明显延长小鼠的疼痛域值,抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性变化、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成。结论水曲柳乙醇提取物有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用。Objective To study the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.. Methods Analgesic effect was observed by hot - plate procedure and the torsion body induced by acetum method. Three animal models were used to study the anti -inflammatory effect, including the mouse pinna swelling induced by xylene, increased vascular permeability induced by histamine phosphate in mice and the rat proliferation of granuloma induced by implanting cotton pellet. Results Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr. could improve the mouse＇s pain threshold, significantly inhibit the inflammatory edema induced by various inflammatory agents and reduce the times of body writhing induced by acetic acid in mice. Conclusion Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr. can alleviate the pain, and significantly inhibit acute and chronic inflammatoryreaction.
