摘  要:目的测定广西不同产地苦玄参中5种有机磷农药残留量。方法以混合溶剂超声提取,提取物通过活性炭净化后进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)测定。结果5种农药回收率在72%-108%之间,RSD〈12%。农药的最低检测限在0.51-1.27μg/kg之间。5种产地药材中有机磷农药残留均未超过国家标准。结论GC-MS内标法测定苦玄参药材中的农药残留,方法简便快速、可靠、灵敏度高,可作为有机磷农药残留的定性定量方法。Objective To determine the residue of five orgarophosphorous pesticides in different origin of Picria fel - terrae Lour.. Methods Ultrasonic wave was used to extract multi -pesticides. After cleaned up with active carbon, the extraction was ready for GC - MS analysis. Results The recoveries of five organophosphorous pesticides were between 72% - 108% , with RSD 〈 12%. The LODs were in the range of 0.51 - 1.27μg/kg. Their residues of organophosphorus pesticides didn't exceed national standard. Conclusion The GC -MS method has advantages of time saving, convenience, sensitivity. It can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of residues of organophosphorous pesticides in Picriafel- terrae Lour.
