Effects of Acrous tatrinowii Schott and Anisogamini Hydrochloridum on Mesenteric Microcirculation in Morphine Withdrawal Rats

摘  要:目的观察石菖蒲挥发油与654-2(山莨菪碱)对吗啡戒断大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。方法采用连续递增皮下注射吗啡6 d后,经纳络酮催瘾(0.5 mg/kg),建立吗啡戒断模型,在戒断前分别为石菖蒲组,654-2加石菖蒲组和654-2组大鼠给石菖蒲挥发油(5 g/kg)和654-2(10 mg/kg),然后用B l-2000医学图像分析系统观察石菖蒲与654-2对吗啡戒断大鼠肠系膜微血管管径、血流速度及毛细血管出血与血液渗出等情况。结果与吗啡戒断组比较,654-2组、石菖蒲组和654-2加石菖蒲组大鼠肠系膜微血管口径,血流速度,以及出血与血液渗出等情况均有不同程度的改善,其中以654-2加石菖蒲组的改善作用最明显(P<0.01)。结论石菖蒲、654-2均能够改善吗啡戒断大鼠肠系膜微循环,其中以654-2加石菖蒲挥发油的改善作用最明显。Objective To study the effects of Acrous tatrinowii Schott volatile oil and anisogamini hydrochloridum on mesenteric microcirculation in morphine withdrawal rats. Methods A model of morphine withdrawal rats was established by gradually increasing dose of morphine via subcutaneous injection. Test group rats took anisogamini hydrochloridum ( 10 mg/kg) and extract from acrous tatrinowli schott(5 g/kg), before rats were injected with naloxone (0.5 mg/kg). The diameter of microarteriole and mi- crovenule and hematopedesis were studied by BI -2000 medical analysis system. Results Compared with morphine withdrawal control group, mesenteric microcirculation of all treatment group rats were improved in different degrees , but the effect of anisogamini hydrochloridum plus acrous tatrinowii Schott volatile oil was the most obvious. Conclusion Acrous tatrinowii Schott and anisogamini hydrochloridum can obviously improve mesenteric microcirculation of morphine withdrawal rats and the effect of anisogamini hydrochloridum plus acrous tatrinowii schott volatile oil is the most obvious.
