铁包金提取物镇痛抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察铁包金4种提取物的抗炎、镇痛的药效作用。方法采用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,醋酸所致小鼠扭体试验法,铁包金提取物按0.2/kg,0.4g/kg剂量进行实验。结果样品1-3能明显抑制巴豆油引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀;样品1-4能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数。结论铁包金提取物具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective： To study the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of the extracts from Berchemia lineate （ L. ） DC, Methods：Swelling of ear in mice induced by croton oil and the number of twisting body response in mice induced by acetic acid were measured at the dosages of 0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg. Results：Swelling of ear induced by croton oil in mice was inhibited by using sample 1, sample 2 and sample 3 ; the frequency of twisting body response induced by acetic acid was reduced by using the sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, and sample 4. Conclusion：The extracts of Berchemia lineate （L.）DC have anti -inflammatory and Analgesic effects,
