脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠凝血功能和血液流变学异常的改善作用

摘　　要：目的观察脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠凝血功能和血液流变学异常的改善作用,以探讨该方药对糖尿病血管并发症的防治作用。方法腹腔注射链脲霉素制作糖尿病大鼠模型。用不同剂量脂糖舒（0.5 g/kg和1.0 g/kg）灌胃,连续10周,并取健康大鼠作正常对照。分别于第8和第10周末,测定各组大鼠血糖（G lu）含量,凝血功能指标[凝血酶时间（TT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分促凝血酶原激酶时间（APTT）和纤维蛋白原（Fbg）含量]和血液流变学指标[全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、压积、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞变形指数]。结果模型组大鼠的血糖含量明显升高,上述凝血功能指标和血液流变学指标明显异常改变（较正常组P〈0.01）,而高剂量脂糖舒组大鼠的血糖含量明显降低,凝血功能指标和血液流变学指标的异常改变有明显的改善,与模型组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05-0.01）,且接近正常水平。结论高剂量脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠凝血功能和血液流变学的指标异常有明显的改善作用。Objective To observe the effects of ZhiTangShu （ZTS） on coagulation and hemorrheology in diabetic rats. Methods The diabetic model of rats was established by abdominal injection of Streptozotocin （50 mg/kg ）. Then, different doses of ZTS （ZTS- 1 group 0.5g/kg and ZTS-2 group 1.0 g/kg） were administrated intragastrically for 10 weeks, and healthy rats were used as control. At the end of the 8th week, the content of Glucose （Glu） and the coagulation indexes [ fibfinogen （Fbg） in serum and thrombin time （TT） ,thromboplastin time （PT） and the activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） ] were detected; at the end of the 10th week, the hemorrheology indexes [ blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation, erythrocyte ratio, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte deformity index ] were detected. Results （ 1 ） Compared with normal control group , the content of Glu was increased and the indexes of coagulation and hemorrheology were abnormally changed in diabetic model group （P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ）. （2） Courpared with the diabetic model group, the content of Glu was decreased and the indexes of coagulation and hemorrheology were improve in high dose （ 1.0 g/kg ） of ZTS group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, and approached the normal level. Conclusion ZTS has obvious protective effects on coagulation disorder and hemorrheology in diabetic rats,
