摘 要:目的探讨清热化滞颗粒对十二指肠肌电活动的影响。方法采用电生理学方法,观察空白组、造模组及化滞组大鼠十二指肠肌电活动的变化。结果造模组大鼠十二指肠MMC周期与空白组相比明显延长,峰值振幅明显降低;化滞组大鼠与造模组相比MMC周期明显缩短,峰值振幅明显升高。结论清热化滞颗粒可能通过增加十二指肠肌电活动而起到化滞清热的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Qingrehuazhi granule on duodenum myoelectric activity, Methods The changes of duodenum myoelectric activity were observed by electrophysiologic method. Wistar rats were divided into three groups, Results Compared with blanl control group, the cycle of migrating myoelectric complex(MMC) of the former group was significantly prolonged and the MMC peak anplitude was significant reduced in model group; Compared with model group, Qingrehnazhi granule could significantly shorten MMC cycle and increase the peak amplitude. Conclusion Qingrehuazhi granule can bring out the effect of Qingrchuazhi by increasing the duodenum myelectric activity.
