摘　　要：目的建立锡类缓释贴膜中靛蓝的含量测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱;流动相为甲醇-0.2%醋酸（68∶32）;检测波长285 nm;结果靛蓝的线性范围为1.1-5.5μg,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为97.0%,RSD=1.01%。结论该含量测定方法准确、稳定,可用于锡类缓释贴膜的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of indigotin in Xilei oral sustained - release mucoadhesive films. Methods The C18 column was used. The mobile phase was composed of methanol -0.2 % acetic acid solution（68： 32）. The detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results The calibration curve of indigotin was linear in the range of 1.1 - 5.5 μg （ r = 0. 9999）with average recovery 97.0% （RSD = 1.01% ）. Conclusion The determination method is accurate, stable and can be used to control the quality of Xilei Oral Sustained - release Mucoadhesive Films.
