越鞠保和丸治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察越鞠保和丸治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法采用开放式随机对照方法,将24例患者分为两组,分别用越鞠保和丸(治疗组13例)和百忧解(对照组11例)治疗4周,于治疗前后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、自拟中医证候等级评分量表等评定药物疗效,并同时观察药物不良反应。结果两组临床疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组治疗后HAMD,SDS积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);在改善中医证候方面,两组缓解患者精神症状如情绪抑郁、心烦太息、失眠多梦、神疲懒言等疗效相当(P>0.05),而缓解躯体症状如胸脘胀闷、嗳气少食、大便不调等则治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应低于对照组。结论越鞠保和丸治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效与百忧解相当;缓解躯体症状优于百忧解;不良反应少于百忧解。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yuejubohe pill on light or middle level depression, Methods In open - random comparing method, 24 cases of patients with depression were divided into 2 groups： Yuejubaohe Pill treating group （ 13 ） and Beiyoujie control group （ 11 ）, the therapeutic time was 4 weeks, The therapeutic effects of the drug were assessed by using the HAMD, SDS and grades score chart of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ） symptom complex to make grades in pre - treatment and post - treatment, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observated, Results There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0, 05 ） in the clinical therapeutic effect, The scores of both groups were significant lower in post - treatment than those in pre - treatment by HAMD, SDS（ P 〈 0.05 ） , but both groups had no significant difference beteewn them（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, There was no significant difference between the two groups at the symptoms of mood depressing, being perturbed, sleeping disorder, spirit tired and few words （P 〉 0. 05 ） , but there was significant difference between the two groups at the symptoms of thorax expanding and borlng, eating little, defecating disorder, the treating group was better than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The adverse reactions of the treating groups were lower than those in control group, Conclusion Yuejubaohe pill has the same total therapeutic effect in treating depression as well as Baiyoujie, In alleviating the symptoms of body, Yuejubaohe pill that of is much better than Baiyoujie, The adverse reaction incidence of Yuejubaohe pill is lower than Baiyoujie,
