摘  要:目的建立补阳还五合剂的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验的方法,以黄芪甲苷苯甲酰化后产物含量、水提得率和正丁醇萃取部位得率为指标,综合考察每次加水量、总煎煮时间、煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果加水8倍/次,共煮2 h,2次提取为最佳提取工艺,验证实验证明了其优于正交各方法。结论该优选出的提取工艺合理。Objective To establish an optimal extraction process for the mixture of Buyang Huanwu. Methods The content of Astragalus RP, extractive rate of water and extractive rate of n - butyl alcohol were used as indexes, and orthogonal design was performed to optimize the extraction process. Results The best extraction process was A2 B2 C2 ( A : adding water volume ; B : decocting time C:decocting frequency), and it is the best method by validating. Conclusion The method is reasonable.
