玉金方对人胚肺成纤维细胞的传代与微细结构的影响

摘　　要：目的测定玉金方对人胚肺成纤维细胞的传代与微细胞结构的影响。方法用含玉金方的血清培养人胚肺成纤维细胞,同时设空白对照组和福康乐阳性对照组,比较细胞传代情况和微细结构。结果玉金方组与阳性对照组细胞传代数均比空白对照组多,且细胞衰老现象比空白对照组出现的迟缓。结论玉金方胶囊有显著的体外抗衰老作用,也为其临床应用提供了血清药理学的依据。Objective To study the effect of YuJinFang caps on cultivation and passage and fine structure of human embryonic lung fibroblast. Methods To cuhivate human embryonic lung fibroblast with blood serum containing YuJinFang, meanwhile set up blank control group and FuKangLe positive control group, to compare condition of cell passage and fine structure. Results The passage number in YuJinFang group and positive group was more than that in blank control group, and phenomenon of cell aging was slower than that in blank control group. Conclusion FuKang capsule has anti - aging effect, which can provide serum pharmacological basis for its clinical application.
