摘  要:目的建立新疆一枝蒿中一枝蒿酮酸含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),SupelcosilTMLC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(50∶50);流速0.8 ml.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长243nm。结果一枝蒿酮酸和其他组分可达基线分离,线性范围0.042 4-0.212 0μg(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为96.4%,方法精密度RSD=2.5%(n=3)。结论该法操作简便快速、准确灵敏,分离效果好,可为新疆一枝蒿质量控制提供方法依据。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining rupestonie acid in Artemisia rupestris L. growing in Xinjiang. Methods A Supelcosil^TM LC18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) and mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) were used at the column temperature of 30℃. The flow rate was 0.8 ml · min^-1 and detection wavelength was 243 nm. Results The quantity of rupestonic acid in the range of 0.042 4 -0. 212 0μg versus peak area was linear (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 96.4 % , and method precision was 2.8% (RSD =2.8% , n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, quick, accurate, high sensitive and suitable for quality control of Artemisia rupestris L. growing in Xinjiang.
