摘　　要：目的观察冬虫夏草对小鼠抗体形成细胞的作用。方法用100%浓度冬虫夏草浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃,然后进行小鼠抗体产生能力检测、特异玫瑰花环结形成细胞检测(SRFC)、血清IgG检测。结果用药组以上3项免疫学指标均增高。结论冬虫夏草有明显促进抗体形成细胞的作用。Objective To study the effect of CSS on the antibody cell formation of mice. Methods The mice were orally adminitrated 100% water extract of CSS regularly, the ability of antibody.formation, specific rosette cell formation （SRFC） and serum immunoglobulin were tested. Results The immune function in the SCC group was improved remarkably compared with that in the control group. Conclusion CSS could enchance antibody cell formation obviously.
