摘　　要：目的研究影响板蓝根中靛玉红含量的因素。方法考察不同来源以及不同性状板蓝根中靛玉红含量的差异,同时对靛玉红提取工艺、靛玉红的稳定性作进一步的研究。结果来源不同、性状不同、提取工艺不同的板蓝根中靛玉红含量不同。结论通过对板蓝根中靛玉红含量考察,对指导用药有重要作用。Objective To study the factors which affect the mass of indirubin in indigowoad root. Methods Researched the difference of the content of Indirubin because of different places and different characteristics. And at the same time studied the different extracting workmanships and the stability of indirubin in chloroform. Results The content of Indirubin in indgowoad root of different places, different characteristics and different extracting workmanships was different. Conclusion It has important significance to use the herb through the content research of Indirubin in indigowoad root.
