摘  要:目的分析山柰和苦山柰挥发油的化学成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油后,采用气相色谱-质谱法分析,用峰面积归一法测定成分的相对含量。结果两个样品挥发油中共鉴定出54种化合物,约占挥发油总含量的97.0%。主要成分均为十五烷(20.88%,46.56%),桂皮酸乙酯(25.60%,10.94%),对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯(28.69%,2.41%),3-蒈烯(3.31%,11.36%)。结论两个样品的质量与文献均有显著差异,且样品2是苦山柰。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oils of Rhizoma Kaempferiae, Methods Essential oils were extracted from samples by steam distillation, The chemical constituents were determined by GC -MS with area normalization method, Results 54 components were identified from essential otis, which compose of about 97.0% of the total essential oil, The main compounds of essential oils were Pentadecane (20.88% , 46, 56% ) , Ethyl - cinnamate (25.60% , 10.94% ) , Ethyl - p - methoxycinnamate(28.69% ,2.41% ) ,3 - Carene(3.31% , 11.36% ), Conclusion Quality of essential oils in two samples is signifcantly different from that in references. The sample No, 2 is K. marginata Carey.
