摘　　要：目的建立宁心红杞胶囊HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用kromasil C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长205 nm。结果对10个批号的样品进行了测定,标出21个共有峰。结论该法快速、准确、可靠,为宁心红杞胶囊生产质量控制和药物质量评价提供了依据。Objective To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of Menoprogen by HPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 column was used,with mixtures of 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase in a gradient elntion. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/ min,the column temperature was 30℃ ,detection wavelength was 205 nm. Results Ten different samples were determined and 21 common peaks of chromatogram were detected. Conclusion This method is quick, accurate, reliable and can be used for quality control of menopenry.
