脑血栓片中芍药苷的定性定量测定

摘　　要：目的建立脑血栓片中芍药苷的定性定量测定方法。方法用薄层色谱（TLC）法鉴别赤芍,用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定芍药苷的含量。结果在TLC色谱中检出赤芍,阴性无干扰,芍药苷在0.394-1.970μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 94,平均回收率99.67%,RSD为1.21%。结论建立的方法简便可行,重复性好,改进了脑血栓片质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for qualitative and quantitative determination of paeoniflorin in Naoxueshuan tablets. Methods Radix Paeoniae Rubra was identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results Radix Paeoniae Rubra could be detected by TLC. The paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 394 - 1. 970 μg（ r =0.999 94）. The average recovery was 99.67% （RSD = 1. 21% ）. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and can be used to control the quality of the Naoxueshuan Tablets.
