丹参注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者同型半胱氨酸的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法运用高效液相色谱法和荧光检测仪测定急性冠脉综合征患者未用药及应用丹参注射液2周后空腹血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。结果在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液与未加丹参注射液相比同型半胱氨酸水平明显下降(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液可降低冠心病患者血浆中同型半胱氨酸水平。Objective To study the effects of Salvia Injection on Homocysteine of the patient with acute coronary syndrome. Methods Homocysteine level was measured in the patients with acute coronary syndrome when they had not used salvia injection or had used one after two weeks by HPLC and fluorescence check apparatus was used to detect the content of homocysteine. Restilts The homocysteine af the patient with acute coronary syndrome in the normal regulation treatment adding salvia injection was remarkably lower than that without adding salvia injection（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The normal regulation treatment adding salvia injection can decrease homocysteine level of the patient with acute coronary syndrome.
