摘　　要：目的采用比色法测定维吾尔药黑种草子中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁作对照品,以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠体系为显色剂,检测波长为500 nm。结果线性范围为0.008-0.040 mg·ml^-1,平均回收率为98.2%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.55%。结论该法为控制维吾尔药黑种草子的内在质量提供了依据。Objective To analyze the total content of flavonoids in Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint by colorimetric method, Methods Rutin was used as reference substance and the detection wavelength was 500 nm, Results The linearity of flavonoids was fine in the range of 0. 008- 0, 040 mg/ml, the average recovery rate was 98. 2%, and RSD was 0. 55% （ n = 5 ）, Conclusion The method has laid the foundation for the control of the inherent quality in Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint.
