摘　　要：目的研究生脉微囊悬浮剂的制备和质量评价。方法采用正交设计法筛选最佳提取工艺和微囊化工艺,用薄层色谱(TLC)法和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行鉴别和含量测定。结果微囊的包封率为99.3%,囊形为类圆形,微囊溶出速度0.714 mg/min,鉴别各项符合规定。结论该制备工艺稳定可靠,破囊方法有效。Objective To study on the preparation of Shenmai aqueous capsule suspension and quality evaluation. Methods The best extraction and preparation technology was optimized by the orthogonal design, the methods of TLC and HPLC were used for the identification and content determination. Results The entrapment efficiency was 99.3% ,its shape was similar with circuit; the speed of dissolute microcapsules was 0. 714 mg/min. Conclusion The system is reliable, the method of the broken pouch is effective.
