摘　　要：目的优选仙方活命胶囊的最佳辅料与制剂成型工艺。方法通过测定不同辅料配比生产的样品和选定的最佳辅料制成的颗粒的吸湿率和休止角比较,确定生产工艺参数。结果用微晶纤维素作辅料制成颗粒效果较佳。结论该研究为大生产提供了参考依据。Objective To optimize the best excipient and formation technologies of Xianfanghuoming capsules. Methods The produced samples made in different proportions were measured ,the moisture absorption and angles of reposes of the granules made by the optimal excipients were compared, and the technological parameters were determined. Results The granules made by the excipient of MCC were suitable. Conclusion The study provides the basis for the production of Xianfanghuoming capsules.
