摘　　要：目的为鉴别、研究和开发侗族药物毛秀才提供参考依据。方法采用性状和显微方法观察毛秀才各器官。结果毛秀才的茎、叶、总苞片密被黄色毛茸,根茎部有白色毛茸,叶的横切面可见双韧型维管束,根的皮层可见断续排列的石细胞环,内皮层明显;花的粉末中可见草酸钙柱晶。结论以上性状和显微特征对毛秀才具有鉴别意义。Objective To provide reference evidences for identifying, researching and developing Dong Nationality＇s medicine Maoxiucai. Methods Trait and microscope observation were utilized to observe all organs of Maoxiucai. Results Maoxiucai＇s sterms ,leaves and total bract were covered heavily by yellow trichome with white trichome on its rhizome. Double -phloem bundles could be seen in transection of Maoxiucai＇s leaves. Interruptedly ranged stone cell rings and notable endodermis could be observed in its root. Calcium oxalate colunmar crystal could be seen in powder of Maoxiucai＇s flower. Conclusion The trait and microscope characteristics can help identify Maoxiucai in practices.
