摘 要:目的确定煎制条件,用于调控中药益智仁汤剂中微量元素(Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Mo,Cd,Sn,Pb)处于合理的分布。方法采用正交实验并结合多指标综合评分法对中药益智仁煎制过程中微量元素溶出的影响因素(煎制次数、液/固比、浸泡时间、药材颗粒度、煎制时间)进行优化。结果益智仁最佳煎制条件:煎制次数4次,液/固比10,浸泡时间10min,颗粒度40目(Φ=0.45mm),煎制时间50min。结论在优化的煎制条件下,中药益智仁汤剂中微量元素处于合理的分布,进而可从微量元素角度保障其用药的安全有效性。Objective To ascertain the decoction conditions of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. for regulating the distribution pattern of trace elements (Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Cd, Sn, Pb)in its water decoctions in a safer and more effective mode. Methods Orthogonal design and the grading methods of complex multiple guidelines were adopted for the optimization of the factors influencing the dissolution behavior of trace elements, including decoction times, the ratio of liquid to solid ( L/S), macerating time, sample partical size and decoction time. Results The optimum decoction conditions for Alpitzia oxyphylla Miq. were as follows: decoction times was 4, the liquid to solid ratio was 10, soaking time was 10 min, sample partical size was 0.45 mm and decoction time was 50 min. Conclusion The trace elements in the water decoction ofAlpitzia oxyphylla Miq. can be regu- lated in a reasonable distribution mode, and thus ensure the safty and effeciency of the decoction from the aspect of trace elements.
