摘  要:目的探讨提取方法、提取溶剂对小青龙汤复方提取的影响,并筛选出最佳提取工艺。方法拟用回流、渗漉两种传统提取法,水、60%乙醇、95%乙醇3种提取溶剂进行正交实验,以提取液中盐酸麻黄碱、芍药苷含量(权重系数依次为0.6,0.4)为指标,通过指标加权计算综合评分以评价提取工艺,筛选出6种不同提取工艺的最佳提取条件,再对这6种提取工艺进行相同方法不同溶剂、相同溶剂不同方法的比较研究。结果小青龙汤最佳提取工艺为以12倍量60%乙醇回流提取2次,1.5h/次。结论所得优化提取工艺合理可行,可作为小青龙汤的提取工艺。Objective To optimize the extraction method of Xiaoqinglong Tang. Methods The refluxing - extraction method and percoaltion - extraction method were studied with water, 60% ethanol and 95% ethanol as the three different solvents ,orthogonal design was used according to orthogonal layout L9 (3^4 ). The best extraction method was determined with the contents of the Hydrochloric acid ephedrine and peoniflorin( weight coefficients were 0.6,0.4 respectively) as indexes from six extraction methods. At last, the different solvents and methods were compared. Results The best extraction method was Refluxing - extraction method that was adding twelve times amount of 60% Ethanol and refluxing -extracting for 1.5h(totally extracting for 2 times). Conclusion The best extraction method is stable and reliable.
