摘  要:目的为黄精属部分药用植物建立聚类分析,对黄精属药用植物的分类进行研究。方法采用原植物鉴定、随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、简单序列重复(ISSR)手段,对随机引物进行筛选,通过1.8%琼脂糖凝胶电泳分离PCR产物。结果筛选23种RAPD引物,5种ISSR引物,经PCR扩增产生足够的多态性谱带用于分析。结论采集不同产地的玉竹、小玉竹、多花黄精出现了一定程度的变异。RAPD,ISSR方法可以从分子水平区分黄精属药用植物。Objective To establish the systematic cluster analysis for the relationship of the accessions of Polygonatum and give some information for the classification of plants which belong to Polygonature. Methods Identification of original plant, RAPD and ISSR were used. All of the samples were amplified by PCR system and separated by 1.8% electrophoresis, Results 23 arbitrary premiers were evaluated for the analysis of RAPD, 5 arbitrary premiers were evaluated for the analysis of ISSR, the primers could yield enough polymorphic bands for the analysis. Conclusion The plants such as P. odoratum, P, humile and P. cyrtonema collected from different areas also have some difference. RAPD and ISSR can be used for the identification of Polygonatum in molecular level.
