摘 要:目的探讨熊胆及其伪品和掺伪品显微指纹图谱,为熊胆的质量控制提供有效方法。方法用不同有机溶媒将熊胆及其伪品和掺伪品装片,显微镜下观察,比较不同溶媒装片间的差异,确定最佳鉴定条件。结果乙二醇装片的熊胆显微指纹特征最佳。结论乙二醇装片的熊胆指纹特征能够准确、快速地确定熊胆的真伪及其掺伪程度,且检验周期短,5min内即可得到检验结果,为熊胆的质量控制提供了可靠依据。Objective To explore the micro fingerprints characteristic of bear gall and the false bear gall, and set up a perfect method for bear gall identification. Methods Micro fingerprint appraisal was used to detect the difference between the bear gall and the false bear gall with different organic solvent and the method of identification was optimized. Results In the micro fingerprint appraisal, the network structure of bear gall loaded by ethylene glycol was the best. Conclusion The micro fingerprint appraisal method through ethylene glycol is an accurate, quick, more prominen method to distinguish bear gall from false bear gallthan other methods of identification, and can be used in the bear gall quality control.
