摘  要:目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定不同地区、不同采集期茜草中大叶茜草素的含量。方法色谱柱Lichmsorb C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);紫外检测波长250nm;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(85:15),流速0.8ml·min^-1,柱温为35℃。结果大叶茜草素在0.021~0.105μg具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为99.82%,RSD为0.85%(n=5)。结论该方法简便快捷、精密度高、结果准确。Objective To develop an RP - HPLC method for determination of the contents of mcilugin in radixrubiae of the different resources and different collect times. Methods The extracts were seperated on Liehrosorb C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm) column with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Column temperture was 35℃. Results The method was linear within the range of 0. 021 -0. 105 μg (r = 0.999 5 ). The average recoveries of assay were 99.82% and RSD 0, 85% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
