反相高效液相色谱法测定季德胜蛇药片中重楼皂苷I的含量

摘　　要：目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定季德胜蛇药片中重楼皂苷Ⅰ的含量。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-水（45：55）；流速1．0ml／min，柱温30℃，检测波长为210nm。结果重楼皂苷Ⅰ在0．009645-0．9645mg／ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=1．0000；平均加样回收率为99．21％，RSD为0．75％（n=9）。结论该法简便、准确，重复性较好，可用于测定季德胜蛇药片中重楼皂苷Ⅰ的含量。Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of Chonglou Saponin Ⅰ in Jidesheng Sheyao tablets. Methods The HPLC method was used with Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 mm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile- water （45： 55） and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The method had good linear relationship within the range of 0.009 645 - 0.964 5 mg/ml. The average recovery was 99.21% （ RSD = 0.75 % , n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It is appropriate for the determination of Chonglou Saponin I in Jidesheng Sheyao tablets.
