摘  要:目的观察威灵仙对α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)所致大鼠黄疸模型的退黄降酶作用。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、茵栀黄组、威灵仙高剂量组和低剂量组。各治疗组连续灌胃给药7d后,ANIT诱发黄疸模型,48 h后取血分离血清,以血清肝功能指标、SOD活性、MDA含量及肝脏组织病理学改变为观察指标。结果与模型组比较,威灵仙高剂量组ALT,AST,TBIL,ALP,γ-GT,MDA均下降,SOD升高(P<0.01),且能明显减轻肝细胞变性、坏死和肝内胆汁淤积。结论威灵仙对实验性胆汁淤积大鼠具有退黄降酶作用。Objective To observe the effect of Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis Clematis (WLX) on jaundice model of rat induced by ANIT. Methods Wistar rats were randomized into five groups: normol group, model group, Yinzhihuang group, high dosage group of WLX and low dosage group of WLX. Except normol group and model group, others groups were given corresponding drugs for 7 days and then additionally administered ANIT to induce jaundice on the 8th day. 48 hours later, the serum was separated. The liver functional sign, the activity of SOD, the content of MDA in serum and change in pathology of liver tissue were observed. Results Compared with model group, ALT, AST, TBIL, ALP, γ-GT , MDA of high dosage group of WLX descended obviously, SOD went up obviously(P 〈 0.01 ) , and high dosage group of WLX reduced the hepatic cellular change, necrosis and cholestasis in pathology of liver tissue. Conclusion WLX has the action of reducing serum bilirubin and transaminase in rats of experimental cholestasis.
