摘　　要：目的建立二丁颗粒中总黄酮的含量测定。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18；以甲醇-水-醋酸（45：53：2）为流动相；检测波长359nm；外标法定量。结果总黄酮在0．0528～0．3168μg/μl范围内呈良好的线性关系，Y=16714X-82．436，r=0．9994，平均回收率为96．19％，RSD=1．2％，（n=6）。结论所用方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于二丁颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of the total flavonoid in Erding Granules. Methods A Kromasil C,s column was used with methanol-water-acetic acid （45： 53： 2 ） as mobile phase. The content of ferulic acid was detected at a wavelength of 359 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 052 8 -0. 316 8 μg（ r = 0. 999 4）. The average recovery was 96.19% with RSD of 1.2% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Erding Granules.
