摘  要:目的建立二丁颗粒中总黄酮的含量测定。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18;以甲醇-水-醋酸(45:53:2)为流动相;检测波长359nm;外标法定量。结果总黄酮在0.0528~0.3168μg/μl范围内呈良好的线性关系,Y=16714X-82.436,r=0.9994,平均回收率为96.19%,RSD=1.2%,(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于二丁颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of the total flavonoid in Erding Granules. Methods A Kromasil C,s column was used with methanol-water-acetic acid (45: 53: 2 ) as mobile phase. The content of ferulic acid was detected at a wavelength of 359 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 052 8 -0. 316 8 μg( r = 0. 999 4). The average recovery was 96.19% with RSD of 1.2% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Erding Granules.
