摘　　要：目的研究狗脊不同炮制品醇溶性浸出物量及镇痛的作用。方法根据《中国药典》法测定狗脊不同炮制品醇浸出物的量;采用热板法和扭体法研究镇痛作用。结果狗脊经去毛炮制后可以提高醇浸出物的量及镇痛作用。结论膨化法优于其它方法。Objective To study the content of the alcohol extract with diferent processing methods from Rhizoma Cibotii and its analgesic effect. Methods According to the ＂Pharmacopoeia of the People ＇s Republic of China＂, the alcohol extract content was measured. Methods of mouse writhing response and hot plate were used to study analgestic action. Results The content of alcohol extract was increased and its analgestic action was strengthened after Rhizoma Cibotii was processed and purified. Conclusion Expanded process is better than other methods.
