摘 要:目的应用星点设计-效应面优化法对穿心莲滴丸滴制条件的总评“归一值”进行优化。方法运用SAS软件包分析实验结果,描绘了滴速(d/min),滴头内外径(mm/mm)等影响因素的效应面结果,同时建立了相应的数学模型,筛选得到了穿心莲滴丸最佳的滴制条件。结果当滴速为30~40(d/min),滴头内外径为2.4/3.4~3/3.6(mm/mm)时,滴丸的圆整度、丸重差异(%),30min时溶出百分数这三者的综合性能指标最优。结论将星点设计-效应面优化法应用于穿心莲滴丸滴制条件的优化是可行的。Objective Rotational central composite design was employed to optimize the overall desirability of multiple variables of dropping parameters for Androyraphis paniculata dropping pills. Methods SAS soft was applied to analyze the two factors such as dropping - speed, internal - external diameter, affecting the response surface results and also to establish a mathematical model. Results The overall desirability of roundness degree, weight variation and dissolution rate at 30 minutes is the best and the optimized process was as follows : dropping speed was 30 - 40drops per minute , internal - external diameter was 2.4/3.4 - 3/3.6 (mm/mm). Conclusion It is available that central composite design is used in optimization of the preparation process of Androyraphis paniculata dropping pills.
