摘　　要：依据山东省森林资源清查的基础信息和资源核算的相关模型,以WEBGIS技术和网络技术为核心,以ASP.NET和MapGIS7-IMS技术为手段,以SQL Server为后台数据库,构建一个基于MIS与GIS的无缝集成系统,将遥感分类结果和GIS进行叠加,实现森林资源资产核算、森林资源生产核算、森林资源核算汇总及报表生成、森林资源空间分布动态查询与输出功能,从而为管理者进行资源评估和制定森林政策和规划提供决策依据。Research of a WEBGIS- based information management system for forestry resources calculation gives a seamless integrative system based on MIS and GIS by using the NFI baseline data of Shandong Province and related model of the foundational information and the calculation on the check of forest resources in Shandong Province with the WEBGIS technology and the networking as the core, ASP. NET and the MAPGIS technology as the method and SQL SERVER as the background database, to overlap remote sensing classification results and GIS. In this way it＇s possible to achieve forest resources property calculation and forest resources production calculation, compile forest resources calculation and the report form and the forest resources spatial distribution dynamic inquiry and output so as to provide superintendents with basic information to appraise and formulate forest policy and plan.
