摘 要:光弹性方法是实验应力分析中的重要方法之一。传统光弹性分析需手工描绘条纹,并逐点求得应力,分析过程较为繁琐。本文采用相移法研究了光弹性条纹的自动分析技术,可以自动采集光弹条纹图像并求得全场应力数据。利用图像处理方法,结合等倾线相移技术实现了第一主应力方向的全场确定,再以Tardy补偿法为基础,提出了全场等差线的相移方法,利用受压圆盘进行实验分析。结果表明,这种相移方法可实现光弹性条纹的自动化分析。Photo - elastic method is one of important experiment stress analysis methods. In classical photo - elastic analysis, the fringe patterns resulted from photoelasticity were drawn by man, the stress was calculated point by point, so analysis course was complex. This paper describes the use of phase shifting for automatic analysis of fringe patterns resulted from photoelasticity, the fringe pattern and all of the points stress can be get automatically. The image processing technique and isoclinic phaseshifting were proposed in this paper to identify the orientation of the first principal stress. Based on the tardy method, a full phase map of isochromatics was constructed. An epoxy resin disk under diametric loading was tested. The results show that the proposed phase shifting method has potential to achieve automatic analysis for photoelasticity.
