选择性氢含量分析仪在炼厂气分析中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了HCMH-100气中氢含量测定仪在不同类型炼厂气体样品氢含量分析中的应用。实验结果表明,该型仪器对炼厂气中常见的轻烃(C1-C5烃)、非烃(O_2、N_2、H_2O、CO、CO_2等)、二氧化硫和硫化氢等都有良好的选择性,在常量范围(0.1%-100%)内对氢的响应有良好的线性,因此对各类炼厂混合气体样品中的氢气有良好的选择性定量检测功能,具有操作简便,适用范围宽,分析结果可靠,分析速度快等特点,可以作为炼厂控制分析的专用仪器,应用于实际炼厂气体样品中氢的定量分析。The paper introduces the application of HCMH - 100 selective hydrogen analyzer for hydrogen analysis in various refinery gas samples. The experimental results show that the analyzer possesses the excellent selectivity for the light hydrocarbons （C1 -C5 hydrocarbon） ,permanent gases（ O2, N2, H2O , CO , CO2 etc. ） , SO2 and H2S existed in refinery gaseous samples, and has a satisfactory linear response performance for hydrogen in the 0. 1% to 100% quantitative range. The apparatus shows a better characteristic for determining the hydrogen amount in refinery gas samples selectively. The analytical method developed on the base of the instrument also has several excellent performance such as operating expediently, widely applying range, more credible analytical result, and fast testing speed etc. The apparatus can be applied to the quantitative analysis of the hydrogen in practical refinery gases as the special instrument.
