摘 要:以水杨基荧光酮(PADAP)为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定聚烯烃树脂中微量元素铁。详细考察了测定条件,最大吸收波长为592nm,铁含量在0~5μg·25mL^(-1)范围内符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数为ε_(592)=0.7674×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。人工合成样的平均回收率为101.2%,相对标准偏差为3.32%。实际样品分析结果的相对标准偏差都小于5%;加标回收率为98.8~99.2%之间。说明该方法灵敏度较高,选择性良好,是有效的测定聚烯烃树脂中微量元素的分析方法。We used Salicyl fluorone(PADAP) for ingrain agent, adopted spectrophotomeric method to determined iron in the polyester resin, investigated the measurement condition in detail. The maximam absorption wavelength was 592nm. The iron content matches beer's laws in 0 -5μg · 25mL^-1 scopes. The molar absorptivity was 0. 7674 × 10^5 L ·mol^-1 · cm^-1. The average recovery rate of man - made compound sample was 101.2%. The relative standard deviation was 3.32%. The relative standard deviation of actual sample analysis result was less than 5%. Adding the mark recovery rate was between 98.8% and 99.2%. This method is high delicacy and well selectivity, efficient to determinate the microelement in the polyster resin.
