培氟沙星注射液与52种注射剂的理化配伍考察

摘　　要：目的考察甲磺酸培氟沙星注射液与52种注射剂的理化配伍变化。方法供试品按1：1等量，置多孔点滴板混合后，观察配伍变化。结果与20种抗微生物药物配伍后有8种发生变化，占40％与32种常用注射剂配伍后有10种发生变化占31．25％，配伍变化总发生率为34．6％。结论甲磺酸培氟沙星注射液不宜与氯唑西林等18种药物配伍。Objective To investigate the physical - chemical compatibility change of pefloxacin injection with 52 kinds of injectable preparations. Method The testing solution is produced by blending equal volume and observe compatibility. When pefloxacin injection was separately mixed with 20 antimicrobial drugs ,there were 8 drug incompatibilies kinds of occuring ,the incompatibility rate account for 40% . And when it mixed with 32 kinds of general injectable preparation , 10 drug incompatibilied occurring , the rate is 31.25% . The total incidence rate was 34.6%. Conclusion Pefloxacin mesilate are incompatible with cloxacilin or another 18 drugs.
