摘　　要：目的探讨经后路采用RF椎弓根系统治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果。方法自2000年8月～2006年12月，56例腰椎滑脱症的患者经后路采用RFⅡ椎弓根螺钉系统进行减压融合手术治疗。结果所有患者术后随访均超过12个月，平均18．6个月。比较手术前后临床症状及X线片，根据疗效观察：优31例，良18例，可6例，差1例，优良率达87．5％。并发症共6例，其中术中并发症1例，发生率为1．78％；术后并发症5例，发生率为8．92％。结论经后路采用RF椎弓根螺钉系统能使腰椎滑脱得到较为确实的复位和固定，脊柱融合率高，临床效果满意。Objective To evaluate the effect of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated by posterior vertebral body fusion and RF system. Method From Aug. 2000 to Dec. 2006, 56 cases with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with decompression fusion by posterior vertebral body and RF - Ⅱ pedicle screw spinal system. Result All the patients were followed up of over 12 months after operation ,the average follow up time was 18.6 months. A comparison of clinical symptom and X - ray image between preoperative and postoperative was discussed . According to the observation of curative effect , the results showed that 13 cases were excellent 18 cases were fine ,fair in 6 cases and poor in 1 case. excellent and good rate were 87.5% ,overall complication was 6 cases ,among them 1 occurred in operation ,the incidence rate was 1.78% , post- operative complications , the rate was 8.92%. Conclusion Posterior interbody fusion and RF pedicle screw spinal system provide fixation with satisfactory clinical results and relatively high fusion rate.
