摘 要:目的探讨MRI对输尿管间嵴肥厚的诊断价值。方法12例经膀胱镜检查证实为输尿管间峭肥厚的患者,分析其MRI表现。结果12例MRI表现为,膀胱三角区上缘两侧输尿管膀胱入口之间膀胱壁增厚并向膀胱腔内突出,T2WI序列信号比正常膀胱壁稍高,增强后与正常膀胱壁信号一致。位置不随体位的改变而移动,可随着膀胱尿量的增多而变薄。结论MRI对输尿管间峭肥厚的诊断有较高的价值。Objective Discusses MRI to the ureter between ji the plump diagnosis value.
