竹地板用环保型脲醛树脂的研制

摘　　要：采用A与B两种不同改性剂,结合特定的合成工艺,研制用于竹地板制造的低成本环保型脲醛树脂胶。结果表明:改性剂A用量为胶粘剂总量的1.2%,改性剂B用量为胶粘剂总量的1.0%,三层平压本色竹地板的甲醛释放量为0.32mg/L,本色侧压竹地板的甲醛释放量为0.40mg/L,相应的浸渍剥离为8mm与11mm;三层平压炭化竹地板的甲醛释放量为0.41mg/L,炭化侧压竹地板的甲醛释放量为0.50mg/L,相应的浸渍剥离为5mm与9mm;树脂的原料成本在2 350元/t左右。Low toxice urea formaldehyde resin for making bamboo flooring was studied by A and B modifier, combining advanced technological design. The results showed that using dosage of modifier A and B was total amount of adhesive 1.2% and 1.0%. The formaldehyde emission of three layer bamboo flooring is 0. 32 and 0. 4mg/L, and the immersion bonding strength is 8 and llmm. The formaldehyde emission of three layer dark bamboo flooring is 0. 41 and 0. 50mg/L, the immersion bonding strength is 5 and 9mm. The cost of material is 2350元/t.
