摘　　要：以紫叶矮樱的茎尖为外植体对其组培快繁技术进行的研究结果表明,茎尖初代培养、继代增殖的最佳培养基配方为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,月增殖系数达3.05;生根培养的培养基配方为1/2MS+IBA 2.0mg/L+IAA 1.0mg/L,生根率为80%;以蛭石+珍珠岩(体积比1∶2)为炼苗基质的组培苗移栽成活率达80.6%。Take shoot tips of Prunus cistena as explant. Rapid in vitro culture was studied. The result showed that the optimum medium for adventitious bud induction and multiplication was MS ＋ 6 - BA lmg/L ＋ NAA 0. lmg/L, and the monthly propagation rate 3.05. The root - promoting medium was 1/ 2MS ＋ IBA 2. 0mg/L ＋ IAA1.0mg/L, the rooting rate was 80%. The survival rate was up to 80.6 % after the shoots in vitro domesticated under the mixture of vermiculite and pearlite by 1： 2.
