摘 要:阐述了带有顶梁掩护梁铰接十字头的液压前连杆液压支架的结构特点、控制方式及工作原理,并确定了技术参数;分析了该种支架消除偏载、控制顶梁对顶板的水平力、提高工作阻力稳定性、提高支架对顶板支护性能的技术途径;提出有效地改善支架内力特征的方法,可提高支架的可靠性及经济性。Strata pressure appearance in sub-level caving mining in steep inclined seam has obvious characteristics. With site observations in No. 221 sub-level caving mining face of Huating Coal Mine and in No. 21404 w - 1 and 32405 - 2 sub-level caving mining faces of Wangjiashan Coal Mine and with a rock plate theory, the author has analyzed a relationship between a direct roof thickness and a sub-level height ratio to the strata pressure appearance in the caving mining faces. At the initial mining period, when a suspended exposed length of the main roof in an inclined direction was longer than or equal to the ultimate failure length, strata pressure occurred at the coal face, the low part of the face had the strata pressure late than the middle part of the face and the middle part of the face had the strata pressure late than the roof. When the exposed length of main roof in an inclined direction was shorter than the ultimate failure length, the coal mining face would never have a roof failure when the coal face advanced at any place. In the final of the paper, the paper introduced the information that the roof lost its stability again and a strata pressure appearance occurred due to the top sub-level caving mining with a failed broken roof.
