多种慢性肺疾病的隐性感染问题及其中医药防治

摘　　要：从慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)等多种难治性慢性肺疾病入手,探讨这类疾病的隐性感染问题。强调邪气犯肺、正气亏损、伏痰夙根是这类慢性肺疾病隐性感染的病理基础,痰瘀胶结,隐毒潜伏于肺是其反复发作的因素之一。提出用排毒、解毒、托毒、防毒等法来防治该类疾病的隐性感染。The prevention and treatment of infectiou in different kinds of chronic pulmonary disesses such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were dis- cussed.It is revealed that the pathngennsis of the inapparent infection covered pathogenic factors attaching the lung,deficiency of healthy Qi and existence of insidious phlegm,and the combination of phlegm and blood-stasis as well as the toxins hiding in the lung was one of the factors of frequent onset of inapparent infection.It is indicated that discharging the toxin,removing the toxin,expelling the toxins and preventing the toxins are the therapeutic principles for the prevention and treatment of inapparent infection in different kinds of chron- ic pulmonary diseases.
