菟丝黄芪汤治疗肾精亏虚型少精子症30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察菟丝黄芪汤治疗肾精亏虚型少精子症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成2组各30例,治疗组采用菟丝黄芪汤(黄芪、菟丝子、熟地黄、紫河车、何首乌、黄精、沙苑子、枸杞子、淫羊藿)治疗;对照组以克罗米芬治疗。结果:治愈率、总有效率治疗组为50.00%、90.00%,对照组为33.33%、70.00%,2组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组精子密度、活率、活力、精子畸形率治疗前后比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);对照组仅精子密度治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组精子密度、活率、活力、精子畸形率治疗后比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后症状积分明显减少,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组积分差值比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:菟丝黄芪汤治疗少精子症有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tusi Huangqi Decoction (THD)for the oligospermatism with consumption of kidney essence,Methods:Sixty oligospennatism patients with consumption of kidney essence were equally randomized into 2 groups:the treatment Soup received THD(mainly composed of Radix Aatragali,Semen Cuscutae,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Placenta Hominis,Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Rhizoma Polygonati,Semen Astragali Complenati,Fructus Lycii,Herba Epimedii),and the control group was given clomifene.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate were 50.00% and 90.00% in the treatment group,and 33.33% and 70.00% in the control group,respectively.The differeces were significant between the two groups(P<0.01). The density,motility,survival rate and deformity of sperms were improved in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.01),so did the density of sperms in the control group(P<0.05).The differences of the density,motility,survival rate and deformity of sparms were aignificant between the two Stoups after treatment(P<0.01).The symptom scores were decreased in the treatment Stoup after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference of symptom scores before and after treatment in the treatment group differed from that in the control group (p<0.01).Conclusion:THD exerts a certain effect for the treatment of oligospermatism with consumption of kidney essence.
