摘　　要：对聚酯工业丝生产过程中影响生产效率和单耗的因素进行了详细的分析,提出了控制对策,并对各种因素对总体经济效益的影响作了敏感性分析,介绍建立相关数学模型的思路,以较直观地寻求优化工艺和提高经济效益的途径。The factors on the influence of production efficiency and unit consumption during process of PET industrial yarn production were detailed. The control measurement-counters were put forwarded and the influence of various factors on general economic profits was analyzed sensitively. The method of building relative mathematics model was pointed out, in order to directly finding out the usage of optimizing technique and increasing economic profits.
