摘  要:目的考察室温下8 h内,7种喹诺酮类药物与注射用头孢曲松钠的配伍稳定性。方法应用褶合光谱法,结合外观和pH值检查法,并以差谱值予以定量表达。结果在室温下8 h内,7种喹诺酮类药物与头孢曲松钠的配伍溶液在外观上均无变化;pH值也无显著变化;褶合光谱的差谱值均<10%。结论室温下8 h内,7种喹诺酮类药物与注射用头孢曲松钠的配伍溶液均较稳定,均可配伍使用。褶合光谱法为药物稳定性研究提供了一个新的手段。AIM To observe the chemical stability of seven quinolone antimierobial agents mixed with eeftriaxone sodium for injection at room temperature for 8 h. METHODS Convolution spectrometry was used combining with appear- ance and test pH valume. The results were described quantitatively by subtract spectrometry value. RESULTS There were no obvious changes of the apperance and pH in 8 h. The subtract spectrometry values of seven quinolone antimicrobial agents mixed with ceftriaxone sodium for injection at room temperature for 8 h were less than 10%. CONCLUSION Seven quinolone antimicrobial agents mixed with ceftriaxone sodium for injection can be used in clinical at room temperature for 8 h. The convolution spectrometry provides a new means for the research of the stability of drugs.
