摘 要:本文以我军武器装备贵重备件修理与供应现实背景为依托,借鉴国内外可修件库存理论研究成果,通过对经典METRIC模型及理论的扩展研究,构建了三级修理供应体制下贵重备件库存模型。然后以备件订购费用为约束条件,期望延迟交货量最小为目标进行不同修理级别下的库存策略优化,从而确保武器装备保障的最大军事经济效益。本论文结合实例对武器装备可修理贵重备件三级库存模型进行了仿真分析。According to the real background of repair and supply of valuable spare parts in the weapon equipment of the PLA, using the research results of the repairable inventory theory, the inventory model of the valuable spare parts in three-echelon repair and supply system was established through expanding the classical METRIC model and theory. The inventory strategy at different repair levels was optimized by taking the ordering cost of spare parts as constraint condition, the expected back-ordering quantity as object, so as to insure the maximum military and economic efficiency for the weapon equipment support work. Through an example, the simulation analysis was carried out by the three-echelon inventory model of the repairable value spare parts in weapon equipment.
