摘 要:在CaCl_2熔盐中直接电化学还原固态Tb_4O_7与Fe_2O_3(Tb:Fe=2:17)的混合粉末,一步制得了金属间化合物Tb_2Fe_(17).结合混合氧化物烧结片在850℃的CaCl_2熔盐中3.1V电解不同时间段产物的成分分析探讨了还原机理,Fe_2O_3优先还原成金属Fe,随后Tb_4O_7粉末在Fe上还原逐渐生成Tb_2Fe_(17).采用不锈钢筛网电极循环伏安法证明了Tb_4O_7在Fe上的欠电位还原.Tb2Fe17 magnetic intermetallic compound was successfully prepared by direct electrochemical reduction of solid pellet of mixed Tb407 and Fe203 powders (Tb : Fe=2 : 17) in molten CaCl2 at 850 ℃. The reduction process was studied through the composition characterization of the products obtained at different electrolysis times. It was found that Fe2O3 was preferentially deoxidized to metallic Fe, and then Tb4O7 was reduced assistantly by forming TbFex and finally Tb2Fe17 was obtained with the under-potential reduction of Tb4O7 on iron. This was further confirmed by cyclic-voltammetry measurement of a novel Tb4O7 powder filling stainless steel sieve electrode.
