摘　　要：旅游信息搜索对于旅游产业的发展至关重要,在这一方面国外已取得了相当数量的研究成果。本文从国外旅游信息搜索研究的发展历程入手,对其概念与必要性、类型与构成、影响因素、性别与跨文化差异、面临的挑战与未来进行了较为系统的综述。这些内容将为国内相关研究提供有益的借鉴。Tourist information search are the key elements for the development of tourism industry,and now quite a number of research results have been achieved in this area by overseas scholars. This paper retrospects and analyses the development process of the tourist information search from six aspects ： the research＇ s historic course, the concept and the necessity, the clas- sification and the components, affecting Factors, cross-cultural and gender differences, the challenge now facing and more systematic summary for the future. These would be beneficial to the related studies in China.
