摘　　要：梁祝传说是我国最具世界影响力的口头传说类非物质文化遗产。目前梁祝故里之争愈演愈烈,梁祝文化旅游的无序开发亟需规范和协调。应在赋予各地梁祝文化保护权利的前提之下,实行择地开发。浙江省作为我国梁祝传说最有影响的地区,应通过加大梁祝文化保护与传承力度、联手打造梁祝之路旅游线路、共同宣传梁祝旅游形象、深度开发梁祝旅游节庆、发展梁祝文化创意产业等措施加强梁祝文化保护与开发,以提高旅游国际化程度。The Butterfly Lovers Legend is China＇ s most influential traditional oral intangible cultural heritage in the world. At present the dispute of the Butterfly Lovers＇ hometown is intensified, and the disorderly development of the Butterfly Lovers cultural tourism should be regulated and coordinated. A few cities should be chosen to develop Butterfly Lovers tourism in premise of giving rights of the protection for the Butterfly Lovers culture to each city. Zhejiang Province is one of the most influential areas in our country with Butterfly Lovers culture. Some measures such as improving the protection and spreading of Butterfly Lovers Culture, cooperating to develop Butterfly Lovers Culture tour circuit and promote Butterfly Lovers tourism image, developing tourism festivals and cultural creativity industry should be taken to strengthen the combination of the protection and tourism development of Butterfly Lovers Culture, and to promote the international tourism core competitive ability of Zbejiang as a result.
